Framerate and Anti-Aliasing

First of all what is Framerate and how to adjust it? In my game it is unmeasured.

Second one what is Anti- Aliasing (MSAA) & Anti- Aliasing Quality and what will be the effect after applying those video settings?

Really need an answer for this cause i'm so confused on how to apply tho se.

AA makes the edges of 3d models smooth instead of jaggy.

framrate is the rate of frames when you are playing, the higher the framerate, the smoother the gameplay.
you can check your framerate through Option->Video Settings->Perform Benchmark.
