I know how to sculpt with Z-Brush and have a solid texturing background, but don't know what files I should be looking for in the data/how to import and/or convert over the files that I make in such a format that the game will recognize them and apply them to my created player.

If someone can point me in the direction of a tutorial I can handle the rest. I'll even try and get the other players in the game with off looks up to date if someone can refer to me to a good head shot resource for NBA players.
Of particular note, how do I open .iff files and convert over head models I create into a format that the game will recognize. Naming directory/structures etc. and how they would work would be helpful.
