How should my Video settings be like?

AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.60 GHz

4 GB RAM

Nvidia 9600gt 512 mb

Please help.
I only get 35-40 fps

V-Synch on and all other on low (medium max). When this not help buy a new GPU.

I had almost same PC a month ago and I played 2K10 on high except Player details(Medium) and MSAA(2x), DOF was turned off also. Got about 40-50 FPS

same cpu overclock at 3.00 ghz and i have 45-50 fps,with an 8800 gt.

You will find it at the bottom of you video options in-game.
