Before release? Not a chance, the game comes out next week. I'm sure the community will mod the PC version, perhaps they'll release an official fix for the console versions.

Lol I forgot that it was next Tuesday . Is it possible to make a fix for the console versions ? I thought that you couldn't do that with the courts , and things like that if it was already on the disc .

I couldn't say with complete certainty but I'd say it's feasible. EA offered DLC for NBA Live 09 which included the Thunder's logos to replace the placeholder ones the game shipped with, so I'd say it would be possible for 2K to release a court update for 2K11.

but very unlikely. 2k's courts have had issues before and they dont fix them.


I know its on the Cavs fan site but I dont think anything has come out and officially said that is the court. 2k may have gotten it right for all we know.

Cavs have a preseason home game in their arena on the 5th. I guess we will find out then if they got it right or not. Either way, it's too late to change the game. (well, aside from the PC version)

im new to 2k so im not really familiar to the other court issues but were they this bad ?

last year the 76ers court had pink lines, and the nets had a very weird orange stadium floor

their celtics court has had wrong positioning on their logos for the past few years (fixed this year) and a bunch of others


I posted a clippers video last week that showed a very pink out of bounds area, so they usually aren't perfect but its def not 100% accurate

I do feel for Cav fans though first Lebron leaves and now they play there 2k home games on the wrong court ... tough times

The new court looks pretty sweet but its a shame it wont be on tv much now.

I dont really think its that much of tough times . I think people are really underestimating Cleveland . No I dont think they will win the championship or anything but to say that there not a playoff team anymore is crazy . You have to remember that they have had the most wins the last 2 years , and that doesn't fall on one players shoulders . And yes thats what I heard that the Cavs must have changed the court , but if Gilbert actually thought that looked good he's smoking so strong strong stuff lol .

That's why the PC version is the best. Modders will edit arenas, jerseys, cyberfaces etc.. to make the game as authentic as possible. I'm pretty sure after the release, somebody will correct the flaws.

yeah i have to agree Ill bet they don't even come close to the win streak they had last year i am betting they will be ranked lower
they cant finish that's why they couldn't get past Celtics no one is consistent they all looked to Lebron to take over the game
when he was getting double teamed and couldn't do shit none of the other players could hit a shot when it really counted so unless
MO & jamison step up more in the playoffs they are pretty much screwed

You have to remember LeBron took 75+ % of the shots on the Cavs its really hard to stay warm and beable to knock down shots when he takes most of them . Im not saying were going to win the NBA championship im just saying were still a playoff team . To say that there only going to win between 10-15 games like most people are saying is laughable .

A playoff team? The East isn't that weak. A 32 win team won't make the playoffs. Hell, I bet the Knicks have a better shot at making the playoffs than the Cavs.
