NBA 2k11 Bugs/Glitches

1. try deleting your user profile
2. load your myplayer then delete it. then save it again to another name.
3. change your in-game camera (don't use broadcast)

Had this problem today...

When finishing an off season, having gone through the draft, player and staff resigning, training camps etc. I went to advance through training camps after using all my reqrd points and it just goes back to the off seasons tasks screen. Very Frustrating!! I didnt save any back up and now cant advance to my next season.

2nd seasons..game freeze at 7th OT...

Bugs/Glitches Report:
- My player freezes after saving a game. After loading black screen appears and won't load anymore (even after waiting for an hour).
I will post more if I see some other bugs and glitches

I kept seeing posts and topics about people's My Player mode crashing, and kept thinking how lucky i am and kinda chuckled at how mine was flawless.

48 games in, near the half century mark, i was an overall 66!!! averaging 42ppg, 8apg, and 5 rebounds, and i was in the running for rookie of the year, had been rookie of the month and week many many times, had the magazine cover and billboard, i had it all man. Game vs Nuggets. 3rd quarter. DURING A TIMEOUT, i clicked "Save and Exit" (which i now know, is a big no no) and i went back to it the next day. loaded it up. black screen. saddest day of my life.

I know its a 2K glitch. but if anyone knows of a way to maybe.. idk. do anything, i promise to stop laughing at glitches. haha. nahhh, but i'd be very grateful. Thanks. imma 360 gamer.

IN Jordan challenge playing in 55 game against Knicks, John Starks commited 6th fouls and stil stays in the game!

Don't.Save.During.A.Timeout. Is it that hard... even 2k told us that......

And for the Jordan Challenge/My Player, players don't foul out.

my player mode crashed when game was about to start (2nd meeting between bulls and thunders). i was using auto save btw.

So in assciation..PC...staff signing....all the coaches suck ...literally...i ve gone through a few years and its nothing but f's ....anybody else have this problem?

i also encountered this. what i did is i hired the staff based on their potentials. eventually, their skills improve over time. now my coaches are all A's.

Yeah but when their potential is F i dont really have much options

I have found a major bug. After the playoffs when you are signing players to your roster you can end up with having more than 15.
With that you can not proceed to the next season. However when I press "release" on any of my players the same message comes back in saying that I can not have more than 15 players. Nothing happens. Same thing when I try to send down rookies to D-League. Can't go to the next season and can't get rid of any players. Does anybody have a solution for that ? Maybe you can do something to the save files outside the game ?

the tool to edit the files outside of the game isnt finished yet

-Users are now able to properly waive players in the Training Camp period of the offseason when there are more than 15 players signed to the team.

when the patch comes it will fix that for you, so I'd just hold on to that save and wait the extra week or 2 until the patch comes out.

There still is a hope for my franchise

no problems whatsoever before like a week ago. since then, the game crashes at random times during play. ive reinstalled like 5 times its really annoying i cant seem to finish any quarters

also the season mode suffered to crash before start the game.....at 62^ match...

Don't know if somebody posted this already:

CPU played a bad pass, ball rolled to their backcourt. the pg ran back jumped to saved it from going out of bounds (at this moment it should've been a backcourt violation, cause none of my players touched the ball before their pg saved it), it hit my player and flew out of bounds and the cpu got the inbound -.-

Maybe the ball was tapped and you didn't see it that's why it went to the backcourt.
For the second one, no bug there. The ball touched your player last before the ball went out of bounds so it's right that the other team (cpu) gets the inbounds.

Has anyone else had problems in the post and pump faking? I'll catch the ball in the post, do a shoulder fake/ pump fake pivot thingy, and then I get stuck in a pump fake loop and sometimes cant get out. In other words he just repetitively does shoulder fakes when I'm trying to shoot.

Once I know I'm stuck in the loop I've tried letting go of the controller for a second as to make sure I'm not pressing L2, or tapping L2 a couple times and then try shooting and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. At first I thought it was my fault, but I don't think so anymore. It basically means the guy in the post can't shoot. I've been called for so many 3seconds and TO'd because of the shotclock as well, because you just don't know when it's going to happen, if there's 5 seconds on the clock, I shoulder fake then shoot, only to find out I'm stuck in a shoulder fake loop.

try "shooting" to the other side of the right stick or hold Square instead

entering the the month of march on the 4th season in my association with the Wizards and I noticed that the CPU didn't do any trade, I simmed it till the next season and still no trades. Is it a bug or it's only happening to me?

The trade deadline ends on the 3rd week of February so no trades will occur after that?
