Is it possible to unlock D-League teams in Quick Game Menu? thanks!

I'm sorry mate, I don't think that's possible, at least in the regular way. Maybe if you have a paid version of Reditor II you can, I don't know because I only have the free version.

you're right, with one of the pay versions that can edit the teams tab, you can change the ishidden value for the D-League teams to 0 to make them show up.
