how to add hair to cyberface

How do you add hair to a specific cyberface? Let's say I want to use Ricky Rubio's cyberface hairstyle on my own cyberface. I use blender to 3D edit by the way. Thanks in advance!

take rubio's png1601.iff and give it the 4 digit number you want to use.

then edit the textures and make any 3d edits you want

in the roster where you are created, be sure to use the REDitor (free version will do this) to chagne the genericF value to 0 and assign that same 4 digit nubmer

well, you are basically just taking the entire model and applying it where needed, not just the hair
