On My Player mode, I got injured for 3 weeks and lost my starting spot.
This is really dam annoying, because we were something like 45-20, and since I came back we have lost 7 straight games (i usually come into the game when we're down 0-12 in the first quarter)
Not only that, but instead of getting to have Nash as a PG, I'm stuck with Farmar most of the time who can't get me the ball.
What do I have to do to get my spot back? Playoffs are coming up and gotta fix this asap if we're to stand a chance!
fucking jordan hill...

Never had this happen to me before. Do you sim or watch before coming in? If it's the former, I'd suggest you watch the whole game from the bench before coming in because the CPU magically loses its special powers that it's known for in MP mode, and plus, the sim engine just screws you over.
If you can't call plays yet, what I did is once the auto-play is done with, and nobody has shot yet, if you run over to whomever has the ball they'll get it to you, and you can go from there. Sure you have less time to work with, but you can either dish it off to someone who can score, or score yourself. Really, best answer I can give you is to do the same thing that you did to earn your starting spot in the first place, earn good teammate grades, do everything (rebound, contest shots) for your team, since Farmar sucks and can't get you the ball.

I have never receded in my progress in my player mode. Im playing on default difficulty as a All round mediocre athletic SG. The most I might have fallen back might be for giving arrogant answers in press conference and team not letting me run plays for them anymore. Its weird other people seem to get so many barriers in their My player.
