Welcome to the forum.
Here is a youtube review of that video card. It is an entry level card, but it seems to perform quite well in the review.

I think you should be able to run the game quite well, if not on maximum. You might end up having to turn the crowd to medium or lower the resolution, but you should be set to go.

If you have a fast internet connection, you can buy the downloadable version for ~$19 and get it in a couple of hours.
