Talk about NBA 2K11 here.

Hi all,
So I've downloaded several fantastic fictional CFs (Kalmelo and MGX, among others, you guys are awesome, BTW), mostly from here, and I want to put them in the 'Celebrity' team so I can play them in the Blacktop mode only and not get them to be available to be drafted/signed by real NBA teams. My question is, how do I do this? I have REDitor II 9 free version, and by looking at the default celebrities' data entries, I've tried changing the PIType to 0, TeamID to -1, isFA to 0, but to no avail. The custom players don't show up in the Created Players screen anymore, sure, but they're not showing up in the Celebrity team in the Blacktop menu either.
Can anyone more knowledgeable than me help? thank you so much!
PS: I've some pretty sweet fictional players on my PC, too: Barack Obama, the entire Shohoku team and Akira Sendoh from the Slam Dunk Manga, and Street Fighter's Ryu, Akuma, Tupac, Jay-Z, Dwayne Johnson/The Rock, Manny Pacquiao, and Avatar's Jake Sully and Neytiri. To the creators of these, you guys are badass.

I believe the players that show up in the Celebrity pool are picked out by the Audio2 field which is 1932-1947
my reasoning is you replace someone in the Dunk Contest, you give another player their Audio2 ID.

Really? Never knew about that dunk contest thing, I never thought that Audio IDs would be relevant aside of their obvious function. Thank you for your suggestion Jao, I'll try it as soon as I get home.

sigh, nope, I've tried changing the audio2 entry and it doesn't work. Anyone knows how to do this? I'm desperate here:(

just replace the existing celebrities, thats fool proof

You mean with the Audio2 ID thing? I've tried that, I've switched the Audio2 ID entries between my custom guy and a celebrity, so they basically replaced each other's ID, but the celebrity still shows up and my guy doesn't. hmmm...this is pretty tough...
(I wouldn't want something like THIS...

...to be signed by a real NBA team:) )
