I haven't looked around for a new photomod in quite a long time, but I've been using the Crysis III Photomod, and no complaints so far. As for the Global, I'm using a (personally) tweaked Abin's 4.0 global, though my only complaint with that is that it somehow makes players really dark looking in Blacktop mode (not just their skin, but their whole body), and I don't know what to do about that. And I'd also recommend the Graphical Miracle patch, if only for the jerseys, and the HD courts floor.
Here are the links (I've lost the Crysis III photomod link, alas):

http://nba-2k.com/hd-floor-patches-for-nba-2k11/IF i'm not mistaken, the Graphical Miracle mod also comes with its own global and court files (it's a pretty large-90ish MB-download), but IMO the HD Floors mod gives you better looking court floors (it's actually all it edits, just the floors). I haven't tested its global yet. Anyway, so if I were you I'd install the Graphical Miracle mod first, then install the HD Floors mod after, and overwrite everything.
Of course, it goes without saying that you should *backup all your original files first*, should you want to go back to using them, or something blew up or whatever:)
Anyway, with these (providing your PC is sufficient for it) main mods, your game will be, in a word, NBATV.
Hope that helps!
