30 Custom Teams/Players

Hello NBA 2K community 
Firstly, cracking site and mods this year, ive enjoyed running with the official NBA teams and seeing how much improved it is with all the mods... keep it up
Now to my question:
Is it possible to change all 30 NBA teams into custom teams and have all of them in the Association Mode? ie I want a 'fake' Basketball League so could have teams called like Paris Frogs, London Brits, Frankfurt' Ers etc. If so, is it easy in game to change their Unis and add logos?
Also, id like the players to be fake - would the game generate fake players, names and faces etc for me? If people remember Madden would do this on the consoles or PC if you selected a Cupcake team... all the teams would be rubbish, but you could make your own league.
Im thinking this is impossible unless I do a full mod conversion (Which I wont be able to do) but any advice appreciated.

its possible, but you need to use the REDitor (one of the pay versions) so you can edit the uniform, arena, and team tabs properly
