stadiums editing pls help me

Hello,
I'm creating a patch of team from the Israeli league (which includes by the way Maccabi electra Tel aviv and Hapoe jerusalem ), and I want to create realistic stadiums, but since the stadiums in Israel are not like the stadiums in the NBA ( ) i have to edit the stadiums seat.
Is there a way to edit them and even reduce theme?

we cannot do any 3d editing for the stadiums and we cannot edit the amount of people in them either.
