Creating/editing coach profiles?

Hi there,

is there any way to create and/or edit coaches in NBA 2k11? It is sometims so annoying to have a coach with lame defensive settings, as I have formed an opinion that the coach ratings do matter. You can change the tendencies, but still. Any tools or anything to do it? Perhaps through the databases?
