Intentional Foul not working in Asso mode... need help

I dont know if this problem has already been ask here but I want to ask it anyway, I have started my association couples of months ago and I noticed that when the game is close in the last couple of sec of the game and the cpu is behind, they are not intentionally fouling, I tried to make an intentional foul myself but my players aren't fouling also. I started a new association and make sure that everything is set, so that none of that fouling bugs will happen again. In the first couple of games, it seems that the intentional foul is working but last night I notice that it's not working again.

Is there anyone happens to have this kind of problem? Is there any solution to this? Need help badly!

yea, install the patch

its something to do with running a live practice or something, but if you just install the patch it will fix the old association mode as well as any new ones you start

I already installed the patch but intentional foul still not working in association. What's did I miss?

... either Page Up or Page Down, but CPU will never foul.

Apparently if your dynasty was started before you applied the patch, than you're screwed. If you start a new dynasty now, it'll work, but if you started it pre-patch you can't fix it.

It sucks, what I do is I save the game in the last minutes, try to foul, and load the game again until I foul before the game ends.
