My Player with a real player

Ok, I've seen a few peolpe who offer a selection of .cmg files where you play actual players, with their real histories etc. However, nobody seems to be willing to tell me how to do it 
Any chance someone here knows and would be willing to share? I'm familiar with the various mod tools, and I can make an "identical" player, but I obviously also want the player's history etc.

Players history as in what? They tell you who you played before and in what year or what college you went to and the works?
My experience, you can edit any of the information with a paid version of reditor, I doubt you can edit what team they were in before because my player works like this. You get out of college or highschool, go to the attacks athletics to show off for the judges and that chooses your position in the 2010 draft.
You can't play with a player who has been in the NBA before. Drafted again?
