Larry Bird free throw routine

Well, first of all, sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section. But after all, it is kind of a request.
I request that somebody suggests a free throw routine that at least resembles the one Larry Bird has in this video:
Ya know... with the knees bending and the arms forming a "triangle" with the ball to the side of his head, whatever. I'm just asking if anybody knows a routine already in NBA 2k11 that resembles this one, so I can edit him properly, because the "generic" one doesn't fit him.
