Player CFs for 2007-08 Season Roster

I'm currently making a 2007-08 Season Roster (with the Sonics included), and I wish that someone could make the following cyberfaces for players which are in NBA 2k10 but not in NBA 2k11 ;
Bonzi Wells, Cuttino Mobley, Chris Webber, Damon Stoudamire, Shareef Abdur-Rahim and Derek Anderson.
The portraits of these players I already have. The face textures can be taken from NBA 2k10 (using the 3D tool) but I don't know how to put these textures on a specific cuberface from 2k11, and most of all i don't know WHICH headshape to use (from the current 2k11 headshapes) for each player. If someone can help me on this please. Any help would be appreciated.
