He can buy it on toy kingdom if he want the ORIGINAL ONE. since you can buy fakes everywhere now. Anyways, where does he live? If in Quezon City, or wherever near at Edsa. There's a shop called datablitz on SM North Edsa. I'm sure he can buy one there.
