If it's about how to use patches, how to make patches, or a request for a patch, it belongs here. Tutorials are welcome here or in the Releases & Previews section, either way we'll move them to the Tutorials section as necessary.

If it's about anything else, it does not. Questions about gameplay, technical support, help with Association or whatever belong in the main NBA 2K11 section. Posts about sliders go in the Resources section, online challenges and issues in the Online section and patches that are being released or preview can be posted in the Releases & Previews section. Total Conversion mods will be moved to the Total Conversions section as necessary.
