How do I perform these 360 dunks?

My Player is able to perform these 360 dunks now ...
But I cannot seem to make my player perform them in game. What is the exact spot on the court do I press on analog stick to perform these 360 moves? And in which direction should I press the stick to?

goto the shootaround practice and try different things
twirling the stick around in a 360 motion is supposed to trigger it

Oh! I always just press left / right on the stick hoping it will perform it. I never thought I need to spin my stick 360. =l Practice mode never says we can spin 360. =X
