Question about Association

I'm planning to Play the Association Mode, I'm currently playing the My Player Mode. Is there a possibility to use My Player in the Association? Is there a trainer for that? I think I read about that there's a Trainer for this, but I forgot where did I read that Topic.

Create your My Player in the 'Create a Player' section and add it to your team, then take that team to the Association Mode.

I hate trainers! lol, seriously. There's not even a full english one.
