Interesting, I play on PS3 & have never had a problem in my Association Mode. I have the settings on MANUAL as I hate CPU auto fouling when game is beyond reach. Just the aggressive modifier turbo & the right stick to steal does the trick. If you continue to have an issue, go to settings & turn it to AUTO.

Did you do intra-squad scrimmages in association? It seems that it breaks intentional fouling and you're going to have to start again. This is because someone had the same problem as you here and they have mention that it caused it to happen: http://au.gamespot.com/xbox360/sports/n ... pid=987827

Btw, don't do scheduled practices either as they make your players trade value all drop to 1 star. In addition, I have also heard problems with player roles because if a player gets injured and you drop their minutes down, when they are healed and you restore their minutes, they are still unhappy.

In short:
- Don't do intra-squad scrimmages (breaks intentional fouling)
- Don't do scheduled practice (trade values all drop to 1 star)
- Disable player roles at the beginning of association (players stay unhappy after injury)

I think these issues have been brought up to 2k and hopefully they will patch them.
