please shorten the arm sleeves at the wrist

There are some great arm sleeve patches out, and I was wondering if some of the patchers for those arm sleeves could shorten up the length. What I mean is shorten so that the wrist can show more. Most of the ball players wear the sleeve a little shorter, so the rubber band on wrist show. Thanks a bunch, and I hope that this mod is possible to achieve.

Layering isn't possible even if the sleeves were shorten.
