NBA 2K11 Release Date Thread

The launch of the official website has confirmed the platforms and North American release dates for NBA 2K11. The game will be out for PC, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Playstation Portable, Xbox 360 and Wii, with a current release date of October 5th 2010 for all platforms in the USA and Canada.

I am glad to see it is for PC. I have never played a 2k basketball game, but I think this might be the year. Can't go wrong with MJ.

Am just home from JB Hi-Fi in Melbourne and in the "Coming Soon" section, they had Pre-Order NBA 2k11 advertisements, with October 8th as the Aussie release date.

Don't know if they'll stick to that further down the track, but I thought I'd post it anyway.

Wow, they're getting in pretty early for "Coming Soon". Sounds like a reasonable date worth noting, thanks.

Yeah, they didn't have mockup disc cases like they do for the other Coming Soon titles. just a little label stuck to the shelves, with NBA 2k11, and the back of Jordan's Bulls jersey.

Possibly another clue.

DVD Orchard's listing mentions October 8th as the Australian release date, so we may have confirmation.

The german demo for PS3 also mentions October 8th, I guess that could be the European release day then.
