That'll be the next graphical glitch in the game. Players sticking out their tongues.
In 2K9 it was the lockjaw. When players opened their mouth real wide when shouting and it stays that way.
2K10 it was the wide smile. See Jaosming's avatar.

If I have one quibble with the cover, it's that it's 13/14 years too late. Would've loved to have seen that as the NBA Live 97 or 98 cover.
