[REQUEST]How to edit texture of global. ex. arm sleeve. plss

could someone teach me how to edit texture of global? example. i will put number in arm sleeve. how to do it? plss.

look in the tutorials section, particularly the thread on the texture list in the global file (to know which texture to edit), then the mod tool tutorial (to know how to import and export textures), and finally the DDS & GIMP tutorial (to know how to edit and properly save the DDS file).

i downloaded already the gimp.dss but it won't work. there is an error. it say's the libgimp-2.0-0.dll corrupted. plss help!

i dont know the ins and outs of GIMP. I just know how to search google to make sure I put the plugin files in the correct folder.
