Slow Motion Manual Replays

I have a question about manual replays. how can you put the manual replay in slow motion? during the manual replay, the right analog stick has no function, and the trigger buttons don't have the sensitivity of slowing down the replay. (no matter how far you push in the trigger button, it's all the same fast-forward speed)

i have a logitech gamepad and one of the best things about the 2k basketball is being able to control the speed that the replay plays with the controller. the right analog stick would be best for this in case you re-assign some of the shoulder buttons. is there some fix for this?

this may not be the best program, but essentially you need an Xinput emulator so the PC thinks that your logitech gamepad is actually an Xbox 360 controller.
