Unusual lower performance

i'm having lower FPS rate on nba 2k11. usually it was 60 fps now i'm having 40 - 45 fps. i dont know why or when it started. a tryed to reinstall the game and nvdia driver. but still the same thing.
any help?? thanks

im having same freaking prob. 
..i have graphics card ati radeon hd 4800 used to run great dont know what happened
