Change Net Animation

hey guys, i downloaded the Realistic GamePlay Mod V7 by johndoe22 and realized that he changed the animation of the nets using the gamedata.iff. anybody know how this is done?

he didnt change the animation, which is controlled by physics. He edited the exe and shrunk the scaling of the jerseys and net to make them smaller while increasing the scale of the stadium and court to provide the illusion of better court to player ratio

well thats what I need to know how to do, edit the exe file.

well you can ask him, but he's never shared any of his methods on changing the stuff in the exe, the lighting, or really anything else he's done aside from the hex editing the courts
