Free Agent Mod

Hey guys! I was thinking a kind of a "Free Agent" mod that a roster modder like Kova or Juza could make.
The idea is to include as free agents players that do not participate in the NBA but have been drafted to it (like Giorgos Printezis, Sofoklis Schortsianitis, Victor Claver), have played in the NBA (like Darius Miles,Quintel Woods) and other basketball stars (like Papaloukas,Garbajosa,Navarro,Lakovic,Sergio Rodriguez etc.)
What's your opinion???
