My Player After-Patch Fastbreak Problem?

As many of you know, pre-patch fastbreak in my player was CHEESE. You could get 50 points on fast breaks alone (if you are an as*h*le, of course XD). I did not like that in the game, and i like that NBA 2k patches this.

BUT. Now instead of cheese fastbreaks we have unrealistically unproductive ones. Evey time i run for the fastbreak, my player can't handle the ball when it is thrown. It is not a once-in-a-game problem. My player, PG, got hands at 80, which is pretty good. It is just everytime there is this same animation where my player can't handle the ball, and if somebody is near me, they steal it. I mean, one time in 2 game - alright. But this animation once happened to me 5(!) times in a row, therefore making my potential 10 points into 5 turnovers.

With that said, is there ANY way i could fix this? Thanks in advance

Don't have that problem and my hands rating is 87.

Don't have that problem also. PG hands 85, I excel at fastbreaks, usually getting the monster dunk or dishing a nice assist.

Hands is only for catching the ball. Ball security rating is the important one to avoid turnovers.

I think it also depends on whoever is passing it to you. You can have the best catching ability, or hands, in the world, but if the passer can't execute a good pass, then maybe that's why that's happening to you.

Thanks guys! My thing is, i use custom made sliders based on Albys' ones, and the game is far more realistic except this. My Player's ball security rating is 85, hands almost same, so it's pretty good. Slider for both ball security and hands is 50, CPU steal at 45. I just don't see what could be wrong

Again, do you know who's passing it to you? They can possibly have a low pass rating which is causing this. I've experienced this problem a lot in MP mode as well, especially with Greg Oden who can't fucking play offense to save his fucking fragile knees.

hahahaha, going HARD on Oden Kevin Durant, Russel Westbrook, Jeff Green - they are not bad passers... Sometimes, of course, Mbah A Mute will throw a disaster and Ibaka too XD But still, shouldn't be freakin 5 turnovers in a row. What pisses me off the most is for each of those turnovers there is only 1(!) animation XD
