My Player Face after patch

Anyone knows how i can change the CF to my player after patch? :/

the tool that people were using doesnt work anymore post patch, so if you backed up your unpatched exe you can start the game with that one and do the CF hack, or use one of the pay versions of the reditor to do it from there, or just wait until a new tool inevitably comes out.
