3 Team trades

I can't understand them. Maybe someone could help me and explain, what are advantages of doing them over the 2 team trades, how they work and etc.?

3 team trades are used to facilitate trades between 2 teams. I dont know how to properly describe them to you.

I use three team trades alot when i need to make a salary dump on someone with lots of cap space or need an xtra draft pick to get the one player i really covet

That's the main advantage of three team trades (and usually why we see multi-team trades in real life); making deals work under the salary cap by bringing in another team that's willing to take on a cumbersome contract.
