How to put tattoos on my MyPlayer using ModTool?

For example I want to put Carmelo Anthony's arm tattoos on my MyPlayer, how do I do it with ModTool

if you are using an in-game generated cyberface, than you can not import tattoos from other players,
the only way is that you make a custom cyberface in your MP, with the tattoo inserted to the player's arm.

how do i put a custom cyberface with an tattoo inserted to the player's arm like what you said, can you teach me please...
