My game crashes when starting a new Association

Hi guys ..My game crashes when starting a new Association.. I've notice the problem that whenever I'm connected to the internet, when starting a new association the game works fine ... then when I disconnect it to the internet and then starting a new association again, the game crashes... I've downloaded some of the patches here in these forum but I already restore all the original files maybe because of it... but its still the same.. It crashes when I'm not connected to the internet when starting a new association... Anyone experiencing this also?
