Global Roster Editing to Eliminate 3 Point Shot Attempts

I want to get the three point attempt rate as close to 0 as possible, for simulated games in Association mode.

I believe that this could be accomplished by globally editing the three point shooting tendency.

is there an editor or tool that already does this (bonus if it takes care of rookies that are added to the league, season-by-season).

There's a three-point tendency rating (T3PTShots) that can be modified using REDitor II. It's in the Players Tab, so the free version will allow you to edit that; it's available in our Downloads section, under NBA 2K11 Tools.
