My player crashes if I sim till sub

So I started a new My Player game mode after patch, I am 3 games into the season with the Thunder and now when I press "sim till sub" button my game crashes. Anything like that ever happened to you and any idea how to fix it?

i get this whenever i'm about to get an endorsement. let the game play out without simming. the game after should be fine
