My Association crashes, please help!!!!

Every time I try to start up an association my game crashes. It crashes after I select which team I want to play with and its really upsetting me, association is one of the main reasons I play 2K11.

if you are using a downloaded roster or one posted on the boards go into quick game with it first then immediately quit then go into association mode with it and it should be fine. i had the same problem
