How to install and use mods?

Hey guys I've been looking around at all the mods.. there are some great ones around. I don't know how to use them though. Most are .iff or .dds files, where do u put them? I tried extracting to game directory but the mods don't work.

Any help or point me in the right direction is appreciated. Thanks

for iff files you need to simply replace the existing iff file in the game directory. however, if you are using low quality settings, unless the courts/uniforms you download end with _lo.iff then you will not see them.

for dds files you need to manually import them into an iff file that hopefully the readme tells you to.
