Custom Portraits/Glasses for CFs

Does anyone here know how to edit the portraits? or how to add more for created players, etc?

Also does ayone here know if it's possible to add glasses to players who don't have glasses by default? thanks!

ok i kinda figured the custom portrait thing using Alec's trainer..

the glasses im still asking about..

also, if anyone knows an easier way to use custom portraits, that'll be completely welcome!
