demo just finished downloading and its' got a locked sign by it.
says: "cannot start the application. This application can be started only by a user who has a license for it"

You can also go to Settings > PSN > Restore Licenses if you ever come across that again.

Signing out, then back in worked for me.
Not very impressed with the game at all though (from playing the demo). There's just so much bad, not even worth getting into it.
