Brought the shorts up a bit and narrowed the waistline to give the players hips.

That was one of my main gripes from the Live 13 footage.

oh man... first screenshot and we're complaining about wrists and waist tightness

how about we discuss what's right in front of us, the REAL things, instead of nitpicking like little babies  ..... things like graphic fidelity, the obvious focus on shoes for example (2k's shoes look like straight out of the early 2000's from that PS2 and Xbox era) the uhhh... the body types, do they match the players properly (both Kyrie and Lillard look right to me, and Tristan looks good) the muscle tone (Kyrie's noticeable lack of definition is present in the game as well, in real life his arms are not very lean at all, can't really make out much muscle tone which is strange for 180-190lb player in today's NBA, they are all ripped in that weight range) the one thing that strikes me most about the image is Lillard's shooting form, they seemed to have captured it really well...
I've seen numerous pre-draft work out videos of him shooting in every which way, not to mention the numerous Blazers games I saw this year, not to mention seeing him in real life from Row 9 earlier this year in January, and his form looks very much like his own in real life.... nothing better than a smooth jump shooting animation in a basketball game

anyway I've blabbered on enough

We're a video game community. It's our obligation to nitpick. ;)

True. And if that's the only thing we can complain about, than it must be pretty good.

Wouldn't shoes and muscle tone be nitpicking?

I'd like to see some ripped NBA players that aren't flexing.
