Not a huge fan of it, can't say I particularly hate it either though. It'll probably just fade into the background for me.

It's still better than the reggaeton songs from 06/07

It'd only run for a few seconds, though.

even though it is next gen, it is still a console. 2K6 and Live 06 still had comperable load times to the xbox/ps2 versions of Live and 2K

Fair call. NBA Live 08 was probably the worst for that. It's a good thing they included that trivia on the loading screen, but you were only supposed to get about three or four questions before the game loaded. I'm sure I answered more than ten at times, being one of those unlucky users who experienced the problems with loading times that they couldn't find a solution for.

Yeah, that's not really my taste. Guess I'll either disable it or just get used to it.

I'll need to listen to a few more of those songs first. Seems they're taking the opposite approach to 2K though, searching for new artists and lesser known songs as opposed to more popular ones. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose.

Of note, we can also customise the soundtracks for each game mode, in case we want a different playlist for Dynasty Mode and LIVE Season for example. New songs will also be added through the year as part of their LIVE Content. Not a bad idea on both fronts.

There's quite a few EDM tracks on there from big pretty big names (in the EDM scene), and it's not a big shocker considering where pop music is headed. It's still better than reggaeton!
