Second file is a replacement you have to do yourself, because i didn't want to upload the Global.iff and mess around with it. You all know the, at least to me, annoying stupid comic character guy in the Myplayer mode. I replaced him with Red Auerbacher, now since "red on roundball" i thought its a nice little thing to do.
To replace the actual portrait, you have to use the "Iff Editor". Open the file "global.iff" and go to "597". This is where the portrait is located and you have to replace it with the Red Auerbacher picutre.
And please don't forget to make a backup of your "global.iff" before your replace it

New Loading Screen for the street challanges :
to install this picture, you have to do the same as with the Auerbacher portrait. This time open the file "loading.iff". And go to "Sequence 13" and replace the first picture with the Julius Erving Rucker Park one in "Group 0". And please don't forget to back up "loading.iff"
