Change the file name to "titlepage", copy and paste to your NBA 2k10 folder... (make a backup on your original titlepage.iff file in case you want your original Kobe startup back)

It would be much better if you can provide high res pics, those pics that you have were too small to use i think, it'll end up a bit blurry..
