I with them will not do anything, since:
1) Almost nobody plays legends
2) I at all did not do their portraits
3) With PORTRAITS ALL is normal!! IF At YOU the PROBLEM, MATTER IS NOT IN PORTRAITS, And In the ROASTER!! Next week Monster_jam will let out the roster with rookies. Who wants, let will wait for it.

I have bad CF and portrait for Carlos Arroyo. He's black

How can I do the CF assigning? I tried to use REDeditor and assigned 030 to John Wall for example, but the portrait was Damon Jones! Can you assign the right png numbers to the right face? I can provide a list. Here are some of the Portr_CF_ID's:

John Wall - 3031
Tiago Splitter - 3156
Omer Asik - 3157
Evan Turner - 3241
Derrick Favors - 3260
DeMarcus Cousins - 3032
Ekpe Udoh - 3266

I wrote already: if there are problems, download СF's those players and adjust them under id in a roster. And is better wait for a roster.

One thing I will say your skin textures are outstanding...If you would, try to give them more facial structure. Majority of them have super fat or round faces....Your detail is great, just slim down the cheeks and give them more chin length.
