if i were more specific, that would be: larger forehead, smaller chin, more rounded head (like moses malone), wrinkles to make him look older, because even though he was young, i've never seen harper looking younger than 32. and this "harper" looks 25 at most, lips not as wide, and a very harper-ish nose. that would do a trick.
