Just a question Sir is it possible to make the New CF id larger than the png5000.iff mark. so it wouldn't conflict the old players..

emtech, I think, yes, just change CF_ID in reditor to use your New CF.

I've been having problems from day 1 with these portraits and Kova's rosters. Still have Linas Kleiza with no head and white arms, Carlos Arroyo, Roddy Beaubois, Serge Ibaka, Earl Boykins and a few others still show generic faces when clearly there is a CF for them. I just want someone to tell what I have to do to correct this. I've done everything right, still can't get the correct CF's. I've changed the png.iff numbers with the rededitor, go in the game, nothing changed. Everyone talks about how simple this is, but it's confusing as hell, and d/ldng all these files just to get it to work is a P.I.T.A. All I'm doing is screwing the game up more. Srry for the book I just wrote.

Pistol, if your living roster is turned on, it will overwrite the roster. Make sure, you have a copy or Kova's roster or you may rename it like Kova2 (to have a backup copy, just incase 2k overwrite the orig Kova roster) and put it back again in your saves folder, then load it before you play.

Hey mr.Xcitement, can you use the portraits without the included roster? And also I'd like to know if there's a way that you can pick and choose your portraits. I actually liked the previous Splitter portrait better.

great update, just noticed every player in your roster has a portrait, amazing, thanks a lot!!
i like that you base your roster on the official one, instead of modifing players to your likeness, but i found a lot of mistakes, if you don't mind tomorrow i might post an updated version of your roster, only modifing transactions and jersey numbers based on current rosters.

A few hiccups when using Kova's roster....Rasheed Wallace and a few other players have someone else images now, including Marbury and some other....pictures kind of threw off now.

he had to use someone's png to make the new portraits. i think he used wallace cause he just retired and marbury won't play in the nba anymore. these players can be deleted from the roster cause you don't need them in freeagency anyway!

yosifun, i can't bro sorry, but you can do that bro, that's why i attached excel file for everyone to have a guide if they have their own roster.

here it is, all teams now have an updated roster, i've only edited jersey numbers
marqus blakely from the clippers and vernon goodridge from the warriors, two players i found nothing about so i assume they're training camp invitees, so i left them in the rosters
celtics, heat and rockets have above 15 men currently signed, lafayette from celtics, beverly and magloire from heat, johnson from rockets, have been left out
rotations are reset to auto, modify them as you wish

version 2, updated coaches and staff (from Kova's)
