I think the "squared look" of the nostril is still what's bothering me. I don't think they should be see so "tall". The width is perfect, and the positioning is perfect. I just think they're too "tall". Fix that and round them a little more, and I think you've done it again.

The settings are OK. It really all depends on personal tastes.

I would change the Jumper to Griffin or Sefolosha (Peja's style is off for MJ IMO, but there's no truly perfect jumper for him either) and Free Throw style to Butler (closest to his real life style). As for Dunk "Air" is OK as long as you add some extra 3 or 4 dunks like tomahawk side, tomahawk flair and tomahawk power since they were dunks he performed a lot in the early 90's.
